Title:Water Spider/Material Handler
Location:Buffalo, NY
Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Water Spider/Material Handler who ensures that there is a supply of materials and that the production area is stocked, clean, and tidy in the ECG department.

Essential Job Functions Include
1. Diligently monitor queues to optimize job sequencing
2. Prioritize, schedule, and distribute raw materials to machines, ensuring they are fully stocked with substrate (foam/tape/cloth), liner, gel, snap, insert, ret. foam, pouch label, case, and bin. 
3. Fill out Stores Transaction sheets
4. Deliver materials to various work-centers when needed
5. Distribute equipment needed by operators such as tape, tape gun, sealer, scale
6. Keep shelves and production areas organized and prioritized
7. take bins full of product from machines and deliver to packaging area
8. Call Maintenance, Setup Technical, or QC Inspector when needed
9. Issue move tickets and move pallets of finished goods to designated areas
10. locate and order materials from ERP system as needed
11. Return left over materials to proper location when machine job is complete
12. Carefully monitor, document, and drive resolutions to meet demand and flow requirement
13. Assist in inventory counts when needed
14. Provide support in other areas as needed
15. Sustain Kanban system and 5S
16. Safety and Housekeeping
18. Other duties as assigned

•    GED or High School diploma preferred. 
•    Ability to read and comprehend directions in English.
•    Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
•    Should have mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
•    Candidates with a work history in fast paced, physical work environments preferred.
•    Should be able to stand for long periods of time.
•    Able to run Microsoft office software (Word and Excel)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
1.    Basic math and computer skills
2.    Ability to work in a team along with mentoring and training skills
3.    Problem Solving all tasks as required
4.    Good written and verbal communication skills
5.    Knowledge of ISO procedures
6.    Capable of lifting 50 pounds
