Job Summary
In this new and exciting role, you will lead and manage technical HCM work stream consisting of data migration strategy and execution, integration strategy and execution, application architecture, application extensions and custom development approach and execution. NMT owns multiple modules for Oracle HCM Cloud and now are only using Core HR.  You will be responsible for implementing Performance Management Cloud, Oracle Benefits Cloud, Workforce Compensation Cloud, Goal Management Cloud and Recruiting Cloud. You will be required to analyze and understand the enterprise application landscape of the end user, define integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and a mostly paper-based HR department, build the data migration strategy, advise on data privacy and data security best practices, and lead the HR department through Oracle’s Cloud Services Ecosystem. Key elements of this role are to manage the technical work stream during project planning, requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and the rollout of application implementations. We will be leveraging our SI partner Accenture to support all of the implementations mentioned above. The successful candidate will be part of a team that is currently implementing Oracle across the organization in different countries.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping others, being the point person and subject matter expert in the field of HR technologies.

Essential Job Functions
1. Gather HR requirements by analyzing current processes and recommending how to leverage HCM to accelerate the department’s operations
2. Configure HCM based on user requirements and IT guidelines
3. Train users on how best to leverage Oracle HCM including not only the technology but business processes
4. Work with Core Oracle Implementation Team to understand global business system strategies
5. Work with our System Integration partners to support you and accelerate the implementation process
6. Utilize project planning/Agile methodologies to manage tasks and communicate status
7. Use continuous improvement strategies to maintain awareness of new features rolled out by Oracle on a quarterly basis

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working with an HR / ERP system in a software development role, application development lead or enterprise application integration lead, with at least 2 years spent in a managerial and IT/business integration role.
  • Proven track record in integration technologies utilizing SOA and SOA frameworks with Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Knowledge about integrations tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Dell Boomi or any leading integration platform.
  • Approximately 4 years of practical Oracle Cloud / Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience focusing on HR , Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Compensation and Time and Labor.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST and SOAP 
  • Oracle Setup and maintenance configuration
  • Data Extracts/OCR and data governance
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including emerging technologies, SOA governance, and new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and issues
  • Ability to write training and instruction manuals and to document internal procedures.
