Description
Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Receiving & Warehouse Clerk to join our Supply Chain team in Sandpoint, Idaho. This position is responsible for receiving all incoming materials, ensuring proper storage of materials, completing all associated paperwork, and organization and upkeep of the warehouse.

This is a day shift position only (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

Essential Responsibilities Include: 
  • Receive materials from trucks using forklift as needed and store according to company procedures.
  • Receive packing list from the pallets and check against actual delivery to ensure the correct product has been delivered.
  • Review incoming goods for any damage.
  • Input delivery information into ERP System.
  • Provide freight bill and Certificate of Conformance to the Quality Control Technician for Incoming Inspection. Upon return receipt of the freight bill and certificate, submit to Accounting Department.
  • If the product is rejected by Quality Control, place the product in Quality Hold while a determination is made regarding the status of the product.
  • Provide materials to production via a work order.
  • Maintain the warehouse according to company safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Palletize shipments for outgoing distribution.
  • Inventory cycle counts weekly, by request, and at year-end inventory.
  • Cross train in shipping responsibilities to cover as needed.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Abide by all safety and security rules set forth by the company and regulatory agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience required.
  • Forklift certification is a requirement of this position, but we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Previous experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program strongly preferred.
  • Mathematical skills and ability to keep accurate counts required.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and be detail oriented and accurate.
